Great shoot with a fun model. Some models are just fun to work with Big shoot – and I love how my rainbow top came out! That was a real plus for the shoot!

Harvest Shoot

I had an idea for a food and outdoor sort of shoot – a harvest feel. So I went up north, and bought lots of foodstuffs – everything from berries to dried peas to corn to chocolate and shot it all in natural light outdoors. It’s going to take a while to get through all these shots – there’s a lot of them!

Seven Deadly Sins

Have worked with Anya before - she’s a great model – easy to work with and comes up beautifully on camera We did a fairly varied shoot – swords, guns, seven deadly sins and quite a few classic beauty shots. Been a while since I’ve done work like this It was good fun!

Worked with a great model today – a really professional one! I haven’t worked with too many mature models, but I’m really hoping to again – it was a fantastic experience. She was so relaxed in front of the camera.

Worked with a brand new model yesterday – not only new to me, but new to modelling entirely! Which is impressive considering she’s a natural in front of the camera. She’s got an infectious smile, and the shoot was a blast! Creatively one of my better shoots

I did a shoot today with a fantastic new model! Her hair was amazing – long, straight and glossy Her smile was so easy and relaxed too – what a great way to start getting back into model shooting! Did find that I need to address a couple of needs for my studio. First is a clock – so easy to lose track of time! The other is a stool for models to sit on behind the table – photoshopping out the back of the chair is a bit annoying. Truly, a wonderful shoot! Can’t wait for more!

Real Estate Origami

Ok, so it’s not real origami. Too much sticky tape and cutting to get away with calling it origami, but I’m pretty happy about how these turned out! I’ve made up a simple house plan on the computer and spent ages cutting and sticking to make these tiny little cardboard houses. I did a shoot with the hubby holding them – I’m going to have to do a lot more when I start getting models in again, which should be soon!
